Lubertha Johnson Park in Las Vegas there are 1 in 6 cars stolen. West Commerce Street community in Dallas has a 1 in 4 rate of cars stolen.  Dolittle Park and D Street has a 1 in 8 rate. Charlotte, NC’s First Ward have 103.54 of 1,000 cars stolen. In the Midwest, Milwaukee has 94.96 thefts per 1,000. The rest are found in the west, in California cities  Oakland, Commerce, San Jose, and Los Angeles which have  92.6 cars per 1,000 stolen.
